Westmoreland registered as a Social Housing Provider with the Regulator of Social Housing in July 2013. From that date we are subject to the Standards issued and maintained by the regulator.
Westmoreland changed company form from a limited company to a Community Benefit Society with charitable rules in 2021.
We are therefore regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (4772) and the Financial Conduct Authority (8610). Our company records are available for review on the FCA Mutuals Register.
