Westmoreland provides specialist social housing and advice for those vulnerable people in our society in need of long-term care and support.

Our purpose is to provide homes and support for those in need of long-term care across England and Wales.

To do so, we collaborate closely and partner with our customers and their families, NHS service commissioners, local authorities, leading care providers and specialist funders to provide high quality, secure homes and effortless services for our customers.

As a Specialised Supported Housing provider, our focus is upon consistent top quartile delivery for our customers over the long term.  We currently operate and provide support services for over 630 homes, providing a safe space for adults with a wide range of care and support needs including learning difficulties, autism, brain injury and other physical and mental impairments.   Our homes are designed, refurbished, adapted or designated especially for this purpose and can be further adapted to meet the needs of any individual.

We are rightly proud of our part in helping to meet these needs but we aim to continuously learn to evolve what we do and how we do it to support improved life outcomes for our customers.  We will always seek to do the right thing.
